This notice explains how Metal Reklamcılık ve Medya Paz. Tic. Ltd. Şti. (the operator of dinamo.fm and the data controller) handles information when you visit dinamo.fm, listen to our streams or contact us. For privacy questions or requests, write to info@dinamo.fm.

You can listen without an account and without accepting analytics. Reading this notice or using the radio does not constitute consent to optional tracking.
What we process and why
- Website and stream requests. Your browser sends technical information such as your IP address, requested address, browser information and request time to the services delivering the site, artwork and audio. Website and stream servers may record access and error logs to deliver the service, diagnose problems and prevent abuse.
- Your settings. Your language and stream-quality preferences are stored in your browser so the player can remember your choices. Your privacy choice is stored separately. These settings are not an account or a listening-history profile.
- Optional analytics. If you accept, Google Analytics 4 uses cookies and processes identifiers and visit information, including the pages viewed, browser/device information, language, approximate location and referral information, to help us understand use of the website. We send page views, not song titles, email messages or a personal listening history. We do not use Meta Pixel, Google advertising signals or advertising personalisation on this site.
- Messages you send us. If you email us, we receive your email address, message and any details you choose to include. We use these to respond and handle your request. Please do not send sensitive information that is unnecessary for your enquiry.
Collection methods and legal bases
Technical information is collected through browser requests and server logs; settings and analytics use browser storage and scripts; correspondence is collected directly from you. We rely on the necessity of providing the service you request for service delivery, and on legitimate interests in operating and securing the service and responding to ordinary enquiries, where those interests do not override your rights. Processing required by law or necessary to establish, exercise or protect a right relies on those respective legal grounds. Optional analytics relies on your consent. Withdrawing that consent does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing.
Cookies and local storage
Local storage saves information in your browser, like cookies, but does not automatically attach it to each server request. Our current storage is:

Use to accept or reject analytics, or change an earlier choice. Rejecting leaves the radio available. After withdrawal, this site disables further analytics collection and removes accessible Google Analytics cookies for this site; information already sent is not automatically erased. You can also clear site data in your browser. Your choice applies to this browser and origin, so another browser or device may ask again. If browser storage is blocked, the choice applies to the current page only.
Service providers and external features
The website and audio streams are hosted on the same server at Hetzner in Germany. Email is provided through Google Workspace.
Hosting, streaming and email providers process information needed to deliver those services. Artwork is fetched from the image addresses supplied by our channel API, which may include external providers. In supported browsers, Google’s Cast software loads to offer speaker discovery and casting; this is separate from Google Analytics. These requests expose technical connection information to the recipient even if analytics is rejected. AirPlay and Cast also involve your browser, device and chosen receiver.
Facebook sharing uses a link to Facebook’s share dialog; we do not embed a Facebook tracking pixel or its JavaScript SDK. Opening a social, sharing or app-store link takes you to that provider, whose own privacy practices apply. We may also disclose information when legally required or necessary to protect rights.
Processing outside Türkiye
Google and other external services may process information outside Türkiye. The recipients and transfer arrangements depend on the service involved. Applicable data-protection rules govern those transfers separately from your choice about analytics cookies. You can contact us for information about the providers and transfer arrangements relevant to your data. See also Google’s privacy policy.
Retention and security
The browser-storage periods are listed above. Server logs and correspondence are retained according to their operational purpose, applicable legal obligations and any need to handle a dispute or request, rather than indefinitely by default. Google Analytics data retention is also governed by our property settings; cookie expiry is not the same as deletion of information already received by Google. Contact us for the retention details applicable to your request. We use measures intended to protect information, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your rights
Subject to the applicable law, you may ask whether your personal data is processed, request information about that processing and its purpose, learn the recipients in Türkiye or abroad, request correction or deletion when the relevant conditions are met, and request that corrections or deletions be communicated to recipients. You may object to an adverse result arising solely from automated analysis and seek compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing. Other applicable laws may provide additional rights, including restriction or portability. You may also raise a complaint with the competent data-protection authority under the applicable procedure.
Send requests to info@dinamo.fm. We may need proportionate information to verify your identity and locate the relevant records; please do not send identity documents unless requested through an appropriate channel. Analytics consent can be withdrawn directly in Cookie settings without emailing us.
Updates
We will publish changes on this page with an updated date. If we introduce a new purpose requiring consent, we will ask before enabling it. This notice covers the website; a separately installed app may have its own notice.
