Using the radio

The website offers live radio streams and information about our channels. No listener account or website subscription is required. Your internet or mobile provider may charge for data; higher audio quality uses more data. A shared channel link opens the live station, not an on-demand recording of the song named in a message.

You may use the site for lawful personal listening and share links to it. Do not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorised access, bypass access controls or use it to infringe another person’s rights. Access to a stream does not grant rights to record, redistribute, commercially rebroadcast or publicly perform protected content; obtain any permissions required for your intended use.

Content and rights

The dinamo.fm branding, website material, music, artwork and other content belong to us or their respective rights holders. These terms do not transfer ownership or grant rights beyond the use permitted here or by law. If you believe material on the site infringes your rights, contact us with enough detail to identify it and your claim.

Availability and playback

Channels, schedules, available formats and features may change. We aim to keep the service working, but do not promise uninterrupted playback, compatibility with every device or the accuracy of every track title or artwork image. Maintenance, internet conditions, stream providers and third-party devices may affect availability. We may restrict abusive use or suspend features when reasonably necessary for security, maintenance or legal compliance.

External services

Social sharing, app-store links, artwork services and casting features involve other providers. Their own terms may apply when you use their services. A Cast receiver may keep playing after you close the website; use your device’s casting controls to stop it.

Privacy and optional analytics

Our privacy and cookie notice explains data processing and your choices. Agreement to these terms is not consent to Google Analytics. You can reject optional analytics and still use the radio.

Responsibility

Use reasonable care with your device, connection and listening volume. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not guarantee that the service will be error-free or continuously available. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer or data-protection rights.

Law and updates

These terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye, without removing any mandatory protections that apply to you. We will publish revised terms here with an updated date and provide any further notice required by law. Changes do not retrospectively remove rights you already have. If you do not wish to use the service under the revised terms, you may stop using it.
